Why is communication on a small team important?

What adjustments from traditional sized scrum teams need to be made to use the agile methodology effectively in a small team?

What is the unattainable triangle? What are the tradeoffs of each side?

1. Like any team, communication in a small team is important for realizing and executing goals. If a team doesn't have communication, it falls apart, and can sometimes work on the same thing.

2. One thing is understanding the unattainable triangle. Another adjustment is the mutual accountablity

3. The unobtainable is the trade off of quality, speed, and price. You can have any two of the three, but never all three.
