How are some ways Scrum for a small team would differ from Scrum with a large team?

Why does Scrum prescribe to only run 1 sprint at a time.

What is the unattainable triangle and what purpose does it have in Scrum?

1. One way scrum with a smaller team differs from a larger team with regards to amount of work or scope of job or amount of work. With a smaller team, it would take a lot longer to do a job of similar size than compared to a smaller group.

2. The reason scrum does this is to avoid analysis paralysis. If you just look at everything you can do, you can get confused on what to do.

3. How it compares with scrum is when the project is planned. You need to go over what the client wants. If they want a large product fast, you are gonna have to not deliver as polished as product.
